Exceptional Mid-Century Modern Wall Mirror – Germany, 1960s
A beautiful and unusual German Mid-Century Modern wall mirror, dating from the 1960s and attributed to Vereinigte Werkstätten.
The mirror features a distinctive architectural design with a white metal wire-mesh frame, edged with a delicate narrow brass band. The back panel also forms the structure of the mirror frame, creating a refined and highly decorative appearance.
The combination of brass, white metal mesh and the softly rounded rectangular shape makes this an excellent example of German Mid-Century design. A wonderful statement piece for a Mid-Century Modern, Bauhaus-inspired, minimalist or vintage interior.
Condition
The mirror is in very good vintage condition with no major damage.
There is a small blind spot / age-related imperfection on the mirror surface, which is visible in the photographs. This is consistent with the age of the piece and adds to its authentic vintage character.
Please carefully examine all photographs, as they form an integral part of the description and show the actual condition of the mirror.
