Iconic Mid-Century Siesta Lounge Chair designed by Ingmar Relling for Westnofa Furniture, Norway, 1960s.

A beautiful example of one of the most iconic Scandinavian lounge chair designs of the 20th century. Designed by Norwegian designer Ingmar Relling in the 1960s, the Siesta combines exceptional comfort with elegant Scandinavian minimalism.

The chair features a beautifully curved and laminated light-colored beechwood frame with a suspended canvas construction supporting the upholstered seat. This flexible construction gives the Siesta its characteristic comfort while creating its distinctive lightweight and sculptural appearance.
