While I'm happy with the item itself, communication and customer service from the seller were very poor. The couch was shipped in three separate packages without any notification. The seller claims all tracking numbers were posted on Etsy, but I searched thoroughly and could not find them. This lack of clarity made it difficult to arrange delivery of large parcels to a city address where items cannot be left unattended. When a false delivery exception occurred and the carrier said the packages would be returned to the sender, I contacted the seller and received no response. Overall, this was very disappointing and not the level of service I would expect for a purchase costing over £2,200. Hide
