Authentic 1970s Bramin Møbler “Focus” Lounge Chair — Denmark

A beautiful example of 1970s Danish Mid-Century Modern design, this original “Focus” lounge chair by Bramin Møbler combines sculptural bentwood construction with luxurious dark brown leather upholstery.

Design & Features

The Focus chair showcases the characteristic craftsmanship and organic forms associated with Danish furniture design of the period.

The chair features an elegantly sculpted curved bentwood frame with beautifully flowing lines and a distinctive cantilevered construction. The dark wood creates a sophisticated contrast with the original deep brown leather cushion.

The generously padded leather upholstery is constructed in a relaxed sling / hammock-style format, with horizontal channel stitching that follows the contours of the body and provides excellent comfort.

Its combination of organic wood, rich leather and minimalist Scandinavian geometry makes this an exceptional statement piece for both Mid-Century Modern and contemporary interiors.
