A very early and rare Tulip side table, designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll International in 1960. This iconic piece is part of Saarinen’s revolutionary Pedestal Collection, created to eliminate the “slum of legs” in furniture design.
The table features a white lacquered metal tulip base and a white lacquered wooden top, both in their original vintage condition. It shows natural signs of age and wear, which add to its authenticity and character, but there are no cracks, breaks, or structural damage.
