These iconic Mid-Century Modern pieces represent a rare opportunity to acquire a matching pair from an important moment in design history. Created during the early collaboration between Rams and Feierbach—initially commissioned for Vitsœ—the FG2001 series was only produced until 1965, making original first editions increasingly scarce.
Feierbach, a pioneer in fiberglass production, manufactured these sofas using a single-piece molded fiberglass reinforced shell, improving structural integrity and durability compared to segmented designs. Production eventually ceased in the early 1970s following legal disputes, further adding to the exclusivity and historical significance of this series.
