Set of 4 Spaceage Retro Green 4875 Chairs by Carlo Bartoli for Kartell, Italy, 1970s

Set of 4 original Model 4875 chairs designed by Carlo Bartoli for Kartell, Italy, in the early 1970s.
These chairs feature a single molded seat and backrest unit with four screw-on legs, representing the world’s first single polypropylene seat produced using the injection-molding process.

This innovative design was nominated for the Compasso D’Oro in 1979 and has been part of the permanent collections of both the Centre Pompidou (Paris) and the Kartell Museum (Milan) since 2000.

A true design classic that can be used indoors or outdoors.
All four chairs are in good vintage condition, with some signs of age such as light discoloration and surface scratches, consistent with normal use and time.
