Vintage West German adjustable red chrome floor lamp industrial studio loft handle modernist minimal 1960s
It is a minimal red metal and chrome lamp with an adjustable handle shade. The lamp can be used either with the red discus fixed to create an efficient beam of light, or without for a minimal effect. The lamp has a chromed steel stem and a heavy metal base. The angle of the lamp arm can be adjusted.
Provenance: Probably made in West Germany in the 1970s. Manufacturer unknown.
Condition: In good vintage condition. The chrome parts show no rust or visible scratches, with a few small spots on the shadow's neck. The red metal surfaces are in good condition with no scuffs or scratches on the outer edge of the shadow.
